Ground Floor

The ground floor of 36 Court Square SW is an ideal space for retail or open-concept office space. Enter through the copper door off Court Square and walk through a beautifully-detailed enclosed vestibule to the large, high-ceilinged room that once served as the banking hall for the National Bank of Alamance. Elaborate molded plasterwork on the ceiling and a central architectural column combine to create a grand, open room. The flooring will be period-appropriate mosaic hex tile.

Secondary spaces include the original bank vault, a bathroom, a break room with kitchenette, and a large room. The bank vault and break room can double as storage spaces. The large room may potentially be reserved for upstairs tenants as an ADA-accessible conference room.

The building’s rear entrance leads to a parking lot with two (possibly three) spaces that will be allocated during lease negotiations.

There will be all new HVAC, electrical, and plumbing throughout the building.
